With the continuous development of automobile industry,people increase the demand for high quality and multifunctional seat,more and more strict requirements have been proposed to the standard and content of car seat testing.As an important content of seat tested before being allowed to leave factory,slide rail force of seat refers to that push-pull force when seat moves along the slide rail with man siting on the seat.In view of the present problem about loading on manually seat during slide rail force being tested in certain manufacture,this paper tends to design a kind of follow-up loading measure and control system to assist the testing device for car slide rail force.It can also test the function of seat belt reminder and car unlock force by the study of loading,which in fact realize versatility of this device.The main study content is as follow:(1)Designing the overall structure of follow-up loading system for car seat with cylinder performing loading action,step motor and slide rail screw cooperating to performing follow-up action.(2)Establishing dynamic equation for system by Lagrange's method and analyzing system' motion and stress state during the movemwnt by MATLAB and ADAMS.Analyzing the vibration of the screw by Timoshenko beam modle with system's motion equations derived by Lagrange's.(3)Using fuzzy-neural network control method in follow-up control system to get the optimal control output by online adjusting process parameters based on self-learning ability of neural network.(4)Establishing control model,from which follow-up tracking simulation results are analyzed.Establishing follow up motion model by ADAMS and simulating with MATLAB/Simulink control system to verify system' follow-up performance.The results show that the designed system can realize follow-up loading function to cooperate with testing car seat slide rail force.
