As one of the most important parts connecting the carriage and the rail in the high-speed train operation system,the wheel set supports the total weight of the train,so it is the place where the most prone to injury and it is also one of the main reasons to limit the train speed.Under working condition,the composite fretting slip of the fitting surface between the axle and hub is generated with the comprehensive effect of tangential fretting,torsional fretting and rotational fretting,because of the axial bending of the axle bearing the load.Different from other structures,it is difficult to directly observe the fretting damage of the interference fit surface of the wheel set,and the expiration occurs without any warning.Therefore,the study of the fretting damage mechanism,and Quantitative prediction of fretting wear of interference fit are conducive to determine the safe and reliable service cycle and reasonable maintenance cycle of the wheel set and provide the direction for how to improve and prolong the life of the axle and hub.It has very important theoretical and practical significance for the safe operation of high-speed trains in China.The research object of this paper is the interference fit surface of the wheel set.Most of previous scholars used static or rotating small-angle's method to analyze,when solving the problem of stress distribution on interference fit surface of wheel set.On this basis,this paper improved the wheel to the movement of the process.This paper simulated the process of wheel set running one revolution in orbit with finite element simulation method,and analyzed the fretting of the interference fit surface.By changing the working condition of the train,the stress and micro slip on the interference fit surface were analyzed when the train was running under wind or the train negotiated curved rails.And the fretting wear of the interference fit surface is predicted in this paper.At last,the two rough surface was studied,and the contact mechanical model of the two rough surfaces is established,on the basis of the contact force of two asperity.And the simulation model of the contact between the two rough surfaces was established.In this paper,the author simplified the wheel-set's model,the corresponding changes were made according to the simulation results,when studying interference fit surface.So the result of simulation and the actual have certain error.But this in-depth thinking provides a reference for the follow-up research about the fretting wear on high-speed train wheel set interference surface.
