The large-scale development of port equipment has led to an increase in its center of gravity and an increase in the size of the windward area.It is highly vulnerable to strong wind damage.The equipment sliding along the track can easily collide with surrounding equipment or reach the limit device and tip over under the influence of wind load.The wind resistance and anti-slip of the port equipment along the track is directly related to the safety and reliability of the equipment.Therefore,the development of this technology has always been the focus of the port equipment safety application and research difficulties.The maximum anti-slip force of the existing port equipment wind-resistant anti-slip device is a function of the weight of the port equipment or the clamping force and friction coefficient of the anti-slip device.And it not related to wind load.In addition,the existing devices cannot adapt to the wind load changes in time.In particular,it has poor adaptability to natural winds and gusts,and it does not meet the requirements of port equipment for the prevention of gusts.Therefore,A new the wind self-locking anti-slip device of port rail-mounted equipment based on the wind load autocorrelation and mechanical self-locking principle was proposed.Its characteristic is that wind load is the driving force of anti-slip capability of the device,and the anti-slip force and effect are monotonically increasing in the wind load of the port equipment.The paper studies the mechanism and performance of a new type of wind self-locking anti-slip device of port rail-mounted equipment through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and test methods,and provides a theoretical basis and reference for the application of port equipment in research projects on wind resistance anti-slip.The main works are listed as follows:(1)A new wind self-locking anti-slip device of port rail-mounted equipment based on the wind load autocorrelation and mechanical self-locking principle was proposed.The structural characteristics,working principle and technical characteristics of the anti-slip device are introduced.The theoretical calculation formula of the antislip device's mechanics performance is derived,and the self-locking condition and design criterion of the anti-slip device are also presented.On this basis,using the control variable method,the sensitivity analysis of the key structural parameters of the anti-slip device has been carried out and the optimization model has been obtained.The virtual prototype of the wind self-locking anti-slip device is established.The structural strength,displacement response and anti-skid force curve of the anti-slip device are obtained by simulation analysis.The results show that when the port equipment is forced into a relatively small distance slip with the wind self-locking anti-slip transfer function after the wind load reaches a certain intensity,the device enters the anti-slip state,the equipment stops sliding along the track direction,and the whole machine is anti-slip force is a monotonically increasing function of the external load.(2)Based on the self-locking principle of the wind self-locking anti-slip device,a device for detecting the wind-resisting and anti-slip capability of a port rail-mounted device was proposed.The device is fixed on the track of the device under test through a locking mechanism,and the hydraulic load is used to simulate the wind load in the direction of the track.Through monitoring the output force of the wind load simulator when the port equipment starts to produce displacement,the port equipment is able to obtain wind resistance and anti-slip value.The mechanism model of the device is established in the paper,obtains the self-locking condition of the locking mechanism,verifies the accuracy of the mechanism model by the test method,and studies the antislip property of the device in the rail track of the port under the simulation of the wind load effect along the track.The test results show that the device can be used to detect the anti-slip performance of the port rail-mounted equipment,which is designed by using the principle of the device.The modular design of the device makes it easy to disassemble and install,which facilitates the detection of different equipment on site.(3)The wind-resistant dynamic characteristics of the port equipment with wind self-locking anti-slip device under the action of natural wind load are discussed in depth.In this paper,according to the characteristics of near-shore wind farm in port equipment,the random natural wind load is programmed by linear filtering method and applied to the simulation model.The analysis results show that the equipment with anti-slip device can effectively resist the random wind load.When the anti-slip device fully enters the working state,the variation law of anti-slip force of the whole machine is the same as that of natural wind.
