Zhuzhou city is the core of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.Recently,the increase in water demand and the excessive emissions of pollutants exceed the Environmental Capacity of four Ports, fish and shrimp swarms have become history. Reclaimed water reuse can save water resources and reduce waste water discharge pressure, It is the important measure to alleviate water crisis. In dry years (P = 95%), to determine weather Xiangjiang River and four Ports ecological base flow can be satisfied, Xiangjiang River and four Ports water quality can be up to standard, how to reuse reclaimed water is very necessary.In this paper, the Zhuzhou City water ecological civilization construction project technical consultation project, on the premise of Zhuzhou city completed the future planning objectives in 2030, the water supplement research is based on the water shortage month in Zhuzhou City,construct water quality coupling model of Xiangjiang River and four Ports based on MIKE21 FM model, simulate the reclaimed water filling water solution of Xiangjiang River and four Ports in dry years. Paper main content are as follows:(1) Study the ecological basis flow of Xiangjiang River and four Ports. On account of long series data of discharge of Xiangjiang River and average flow of four Ports, First,determine the ecological base flow of Xiangjiang River and four Ports from month to month based on hydrological research method, flow frequency analysis and hydrologic analogy method; Second,determine the average flow of Xiangjiang River and four Ports in the dry years by the combination of frequency analysis and hydrological analogy method. At last, determine the guarantee rate of the ecological base flow of Xiangjiang River and four Ports is 91.67%, and the water shortage month is April.(2) Evaluate and analyze the present water quality of Xiangjiang River and four Ports.On account of water quality testing data of Xiangjiang River and four Ports prvided by Zhuzhou City Environmental protection Bureau, analyze the water quality status of Xiangjiang River and four Ports by using the single factor index method and multiple pollutants exceeds bid assessment based on the surface water environment quality standard "(GB3838-2002). The results show that the Xiangjiang River water quality is better, four Ports water quality is poorer.(3) Build a dynamic water coupling quality model. On the basis of Xiangjiang River and four Ports hydrologic date to build its water quality coupling mode based on MIKE21 model ,rate and validate its parameters , the results show that the model can be used to simulate.(4) Drawn up a plan of reclaimed water resue of Xiagjiang River and four Ports. On the premise of Zhuzhou City completed 2030 planning objectives, to formulate the reclaimed water filling water solution of Xiangjiang River and four Ports in dry years,the water replenishment was 0%, 10%, 15% and 20% respectively.(5) Simulate the reclaimed water filling plan of Xiangjiang River and four Ports.Simulate recycled water filling plan based on building water quality couping model, determine the best recycled water filling water in dry years in April. Xiawan port and Baishi Port is not hydrating,Jianning Port and Fengxi port is filling water 20%.
