Since the 21 st century,with the continuous improvement of social productivity and economic,with the accelerating the construction of infrastructure,it's more request construction technology and material play a more important role in the construction of the project.Asphalt concrete is widely applied in water conservancy and hydropower engineering,it has very good anti-seepage function,often used in earth-rock dam,roller compacted concrete dam,the pumped storage power station in the pool,channels,etc.In this paper,based on the asphalt concrete mix proportion optimization through(in the laboratory)and simulate site construction conditions of trabecular bending test,the construction quality control of asphalt concrete core wall are studied.In the field of hydraulic asphalt concrete,the optimum design of matching ratio is an important research subject.This paper based on the test data of asphalt concrete splitting of a reservoir in Chongqing,by the analysis of three indexes of splitting strength,splitting displacement and porosity,using the theory of utility function that through comprehensive consideration of the three indexes of splitting strength,splitting displacement and porosity on the utility maximization of the construction itself,according to the theory of entropy value method,based on splitting test data objectively give the weight of three indexes,eventually selected a set of comprehensive performance of the optimal mixture ratio,gradation index for 0.39,asphalt-aggregate ratio for 6.9% and the dosage of filler for 14%.This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the quality of construction project,and studies the methods and measures of quality control during the construction of asphalt concrete core.In construction process(in the case of other construction conditions unchanged)in the aspect of working mix proportion of asphalt concrete,construction quality control of asphalt concrete core wall is studied.Due to the complex nonlinear relation between asphalt concrete mix proportion and flexural behavior of asphalt concrete,according to Taylor(Taylor)series formula,using polynomial approximation,multivariate nonlinear model between them is established.According to 11 groups of test data,this paper sets up three nonlinear prediction equation respectively among bending strength,bending strain,porosity and bitumen aggregate ratio,gradation index,filler content by MATLAB tools.In the construction process(other construction conditions unchanged),construction mixture ratio is obtained by extraction experiment,according to the variation of deviation of asphalt concrete mix proportion,the bending performance of asphalt concrete core wall is obtained,thus the asphalt concrete core wall whether meet the design requirements or not is identified,in order to achieve the goal of quality control in construction process.
