Today,consumption has become the symbol of culture.Along with gradual specialization and capitalization of real estate investment in recent years,commercial real estate is gradually become a hot development,which are different from other public buildings.as a place of trading services,the whole life-cycle of shopping centers is completely depended on the needs of users.Especially under the impact of the electronic commerce,the renovation strategy of shopping center are proposed which is extremely urgent.The main task of shopping center renovation is based on the rule of commodity transaction and the psychology of people who do the shopping,which aims to purposefully organize and guide regular consumption activities,and constantly creates new consumption mechanism in the process and finally completes more commercial activities.A successful shopping center project which can improve the surroundings of city and recreation and regional activation.by contrast,a unsuccessful shopping center project usually enlarge the problems of the city,so redevelopment problems of shopping center need to be thought precisely.Based on foundation of the above research,the main aim of this article is to look for the contrivable basising-points of ideal and realistic conditions.In the samples of shopping centers,the renovation samples are provided for the research object,which the renovation and constraints of shopping center are focused on,which combine with the development of new ideas and give attention to shopping center of nature of business,to try to achieve meaningful shopping center design guideline.
