The application of short wave infrared imaging technology makes up the spectral gaps between infrared bands,which is of great significance for obtaining comprehensive and accurate information in the infrared ban.It has been widely used in various optical parameters,especially infrared laser propagation characteristics.The level of the manufacturing process,the detection unit outputs the shortwave infrared camera in response to temperature change characteristics of inconsistent and where the environment and many other factors will lead to the output response of short wave infrared camera detection unit for each input of uniform light is not the same,namely response nonuniformity,This will have a more serious impact on the test performance of short wave infrared camera test system.Therefore,the nonuniformity correction of the short wave infrared camera is of great significance to guarantee the high accuracy of the optical parameter test results.Based on the analysis of the definition and characteristics of response nonuniformity of short wave infrared camera,we studied and compared the theory and performance of one point correction method,two point correction method,multi-point correction method and time domain high pass filtering method.On this basis,a neural network based optimization method for nonuniformity correction of short wave infrared camera is proposed.The methods of calibration and correction of the scene fusion gain and offset coefficient as initial iteration layer neural network correction method based on non uniformity correction,This method can not only solve the drift correction coefficient calibration correction in class with the environmental changes generated,and can overcome the defects of long time iterative correction scene.This dissertation carried out one point correction method,two point correction method,high pass filtering method based on nonuniformity correction and optimization method in 2ms,4ms,8ms different integral response of short wave infrared camera,neural network,different gray levels under the conditions of short wave infrared camera response nonuniformity correction performance test,and analyzed the correction performance,verify the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of experiment based on neural network for the nonuniformity correction of shortwave infrared camera.
