Research Of Architectural Scheme Design Based On BIM

Building information model has been introduced in China for more than 10 years.BIM,as a new generation of computer aided architectural design technology,has reflected the absolute superiority of digitalization in the field of architectural design.Although the construction project participants Ecotactgnize the great advantages of BIM,but the application of BIM in the country is still in its infancy,and the emergence of the imagination.This paper is based on the BIM technology as the research platform,on the methodology of computer aided architectural design,and explores the specific application of BIM in architectural design.The first and two chapters elaborate the concept of BIM,the research status at home and abroad,and the BIM software.In the third chapter,the concrete application of BIM in the design of architectural scheme is discussed in detail,including the digital model analysis,the establishment and expression of the information model,and the design of the parameterized model.In the fourth chapter,the primary school project as an example,elaborated the traditional architectural design process and the problems exist in the work.As to the primary school as an example,based on the Revit model,to explore the combination design of primary school construction program BIM the work flow and design compared with the traditional construction project work flow,analyzes the advantages of BIM technology in the design stage.In the sixth chapter,the author discusses the views of the people in the industry on the current situation of BIM,analyzes the reasons of influencing the popularization and application of BIM,and puts forward some reasonablecountermeasures.I hope that through the research and application of BIM technology on the morning primary school building design stage,on the application of BIM in construction project design stage can stimulate the industry,provide a reference for the construction practitioners.
