Research On Application Of BIM Technology In Architectural Design

At present, with the rapid development of information technology and globalization of Internet, human information processing and the ability and speed of all kinds of information exchange has been greatly improved. Digital technology as an important tool of the information age has also been considerable progress. In the architectural design field of China,CAD technology is still the dominant. But with the development of the field of architecture design, the CAD application system has been unable to meet the needs of the information society.Based on the application of "BIM" technology in architectural design as there search direction, starting from the architectural design and project management perspective, for theoretical study and practical exploration on the latest technology in BIM. How to make full use of the hardware and software technology developed, to conform to the development trend of building the information field, and international standards, to improve China’s architectural design and project management level, using the most advanced international technologies and software tools, promote the construction industry productivity, so as to improve the social and economic benefits, has become an urgent the problem.n architectural design, the most advanced technology than BIM technology.You can create a virtual building model contains a large number of real building information application system based on BIM technology. Through studies on large amount of data show that, BIM technology in foreign countries, especially the United States,Britain,Singapore, Japan and other countries have a mature application, but in our country is still in its infancy, powerful information function of many BIM unknown, and there are many obstacles in the process of popularization, this paper draw on the experience of application BIM technology all over the world,recognize the development obstacle under the national conditions of our country, combined with China’s national conditions better, the more feasible method, and to localize a better development, collaborative design change,design thinking,achieve higher efficiency.
