| With the rapid development of our country’s economy,the improvement of people’s living standards,the continuous development of urban central heating engineering in China,the central heating area is increasing year by year.It is more obvious advantages than the dispersing heat source in heating energy conservation,environmental protection and the heating effect.It has a great significance to the development of towns.This paper takes a country planning for central heating in Shanxi Province as the research object,combined with the local natural conditions、heat resource and heating status.Paper analysis and calculate the county nearly,forward planning prediction based on the analysis of the existing heating load from the county.Than calculate the current heat load is 198.2 MW and the forward heat load is 149.87 MW.The total amount of heat needed of the county nearly is 1688623 GJ,forward is 1276861 GJ.It provides reliable basis for the selection of heat equipment.According to the current heat source situation,the heat source form,the source location of the heat source and the relevant configuration analysis are analyzed,The heat source is used by the gas boiler,which is located in the county’s chemical fertilizer plant,which uses the existing waste heat40 MWand the county town has dismantled nearly 88 small boiler rooms.The paper puts forward different proposals on how to plan the direction of heating network and how to lay the pipeline.According to the actual situation of the county town,the paper puts forward the plan of laying up the uncompensated mode in the technical economy,the construction difficult and the fast speed.Finally,the paper analyzes the problem of scale,location and selection of heat transfer station.On the base of the original boiler room,the station is established,and the secondary network is directly connected to the original boiler room entrance than use the original heating network directly.Using the distributed power system,the client can save 41% of the power consumption,save38749 yuan in running cost,and save 46 percent of tube materials,and 44.6 percent in initial investment.After the central heating plan,the county will remove nearly 88 small boiler rooms on average,provide construction land for thermal station.The consumption of coal has decreased about 5.04×104t and various atmospheric pollutants decreased about2308.09 t.The paper compares the hydraulic calculation of the whole network and the circulating water pump,using distributed system saves43.4percent of the power,and saves 1.32×106yuan.About this data select the optimal system.This paper clarify the environmental benefits of the implementation of the project and the benefits of winter heating for local resident. |
