Construction technology of high-speed railway project construction management,high difficulty,long construction period,the uncertain factors in the process of construction,resource constraints,leading to the high-speed railway construction projects often exceed the specified time limit.In order to solve the scheduling problem under the condition of resource constraints,many experts and scholars in academia and practice have put forward many methods.The traditional critical chain method mainly includes safety time elimination,identify critical chain and setting buffer.Three aspects,but in the actual construction process,under the influence of various factors,the process time show the randomness of stochastic problems leads to the key chain.The research of this problem is at the initial stage,and the application research in the field of construction schedule management is still less.The key chain is composed of a series of logical or resource constraints,and each working time and the total duration of the network planning are variables,which eventually lead to the randomness of the key chain.The heuristic value of ACTIM indicates the priority of parallel resource scheduling process,when the parallel process time with a random distribution,it can be regarded as the process of resource constrained service system,it can be used to describe the queuing model.Therefore,in this paper,the queuing theory of stochastic processes is introduced into the study of the randomness of critical chain.This paper first set up index system of the influential factors of the construction schedule of high-speed railway,the empirical factor to determine the comprehensive weight of each factor affecting the process time of rough set,determine the process time expected value and its distribution type.In consideration of the randomness of the case,calculation of the process of the latest start time,using the heuristic algorithm to obtain a priority of each process in the use of resources,queuing theory model establish process resource constrained service system,hypothesis from three party input process,queues,services,waiting time of the service system and get more reasonable,to meet the requirements of the extended interval of process resources.According to the resource allocation order and logic relationship to identify the key chain,key chain,when two or more,according to the specified time each completion probability calculation,select the smallest completion probability as a key control object.Finally the application root variance method set into the buffer and project buffer,get the final schedule network diagram,provide key chain and the most likely time for construction enterprises to provide more scientific and reasonable schedule for construction enterprises.The queuing theory and heuristic algorithm based on schedule management field,provides a new way for schedule management,theoretically enrich the existing schedule management method,and point out the direction for the subsequent critical chain technology research,has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
