| In the progress management of government-led safeguard construction projects,progress control under resource constraints has received increasing attention.Because traditional scheduling management does not consider the resource allocation between processes and processes,it simply considers that the logical feasibility can be achieved successfully.However,the facts prove that this method is wrong.The traditional Gantt chart theory,project review technology,and critical path method are used to control the progress.In the case of abundant resources,the project plan can be well implemented,but resource shortages will occur.The uncorrectable deviation of the project duration is caused by the need to adopt a new schedule management method.In general construction projects,due to the absence of project buffers,it is very easy to cause progress problems when resources are insufficiently supplied to each other.Most of the resources for government-guaranteed projects are tight.If the management is conducted according to the traditional schedule,when the resources are in short supply and the key processes are simultaneously constructed,the delay of one process will result.In order to avoid the occurrence of similar situations,the key chain technology in the progress management can solve the above problems well,avoid the delay of the construction period due to limited resources,and ensure the progress of the entire project.The construction involves a wide range of features,the complexity of the project process,long period and other characteristics,and is restricted by various resource constraints during the construction process.It is particularly important to introduce scientific project management methods into the field of construction project management.This paper focuses on the issues of progress management and control of corporate investment under the government’s participation in the project A-guarantee construction project.The traditional method of control used to control the progress of the past is only the logic relationship between processes and processes.The actual workis subject to resource constraints,affecting the progress of the construction.After discussions between government-organized companies and social experts,they decided to change the progress control method and use key chain technology to control progress.Finally,through practice,it has been proved that the use of key chain method can guarantee the duration of the project,and finally proves that the key chain method is more applicable to the progress of the affordable housing project.This paper systematically introduces the project schedule management methods:Gantt chart method,key path method,and key chain method.It systematically explains the central idea of the key path method(CPM/PERT),the conditions of use,and the inadequacies,and then comprehensively analyzes Based on the theory of constraint theory,the key idea of CCPM,another important management method,is to illustrate the superiority of the key chain method.Based on the theoretical research and combined with actual construction cases,I described the government’s participation in the enterprise-led construction project,introduced the background conditions of the project,analyzed the shortcomings of the critical path method of the project,and adjusted the key chain method under the constraint of resources.After the impact on the schedule,and then use the facts to prove the superiority of the use of the key chain under the constraints of the resources.Finally,it summarizes the full text and puts forward some operability suggestions that can effectively control the progress of similar projects. |
