Culture-led Urban Regeneration And Renewal Strategy In Yang Cheng

With China’s economy into a new normal state,some of the traditional way of urban development gradually unsustainable,the urgent need to develop through innovation and achieve urban revival.Some cities at home and abroad through the excavation,protection and interpretation of urban culture,effectively promote the urban economic growth,shaping the distinctive characteristics of the city,to achieve a good economic and social benefits.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the strategy and path of urban revitalization.Urban revitalization covers economic,social,environmental and other areas,is the post-industrial era of urban development,the basic goal.The paper first systematically combs the related theories of urban culture and urban revival,clarifies the mechanism and interaction between urban culture and urban revival.The urban culture is divided into many aspects,such as economic development,social construction,material space and so on.Development and revival have an important impact on the role.Secondly,the paper summarizes the relevant experiences of domestic and foreign related cases,and summarizes the relevant experiences of the revitalization of the area through the activation of cultural resources from the three aspects of "city"-"neighborhood"-"node" Revival practice.On this basis,the paper constructs the goal and planning strategy system of urban revival from the aspects of "cultural revival","industrial optimization","characteristic shaping" and "vitality promotion".Taking Yangcheng County of Shanxi Province as an example,this paper systematically combs and protects the urban cultural resources of Yangcheng County in the face of the contradiction between the lack of urban development and the lack of urban culture,and carries out the core values.Knowledge and summary,the systematic proposed to promote the transformation of culture as the leading urban development goals.The macro-level,based on the natural base of the city and the characteristics of cultural context,to determine the pattern of development of county culture;meso level,combined with the ancient city of Phoenix,Imperial City,and other core cultural resources,such as the core of cultural resources,To create the core cultural sector;micro level,the "ten Feng Qi Ming" and other important cultural images of the interpretation and creation,shaping the characteristics of cultural scene.At the end of this paper,the basic conclusion and the shortcomings of this paper are put forward,and the future research direction is drawn up.
