A Research On The Protection And Utilization Of Traditional Villages In Southeastern Shanxi Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

China has a large rural area and a large agricultural population,and it is a large agricultural country.In his report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the rural revitalization strategy,stressed the need to give priority to development in agriculture and rural areas,and put forward overall requirements for rural development.Shanxi Province has a long history,with many mountainous and hilly terrain,and a large number of traditional villages are distributed in the territory.Compared with other provinces,Shanxi’s aboveground cultural relics rank the top,and the protection of its traditional villages is of great significance.Shanxi traditional villages have unique architectural style and spatial characteristics,full of long history and culture,and are a precious cultural heritage in China.Southeast region is located in the southeast of shanxi,abundant water,forest resources are relatively large,is a good residence,distributed a large number of traditional villages,accounting for nearly half of the total number of traditional villages,the protection and utilization of the domestic traditional villages can increase the local villagers income,develop the tertiary industry,beautify the environment and improve villagers cultural identity,so as to achieve ecological livable,rich life,industrial prosperity,local civilization and effective governance total goal.However,due to the unbalanced economic development in southeast Shanxi,the lack of villagers ’ awareness of protection,the lagging planning of relevant government departments,and the large number of traditional villages in the region,scattered distribution and complex domestic terrain,the protection situation of traditional villages is worrying.Since 2012,more and more scholars have begun to pay attention to traditional villages,focusing on developed areas or famous spatial forms,tourism development,urban planning and other traditional villages,and doing relatively little research on traditional villages in southeast Shanxi.It is of good practical significance to study the protection and utilization strategy of traditional villages of southeast Shanxi combined with the current rural revitalization strategy.This paper studies the protection and utilization of the traditional villages in the region,featuring the typical traditional villages in the region and representing the common situation of traditional villages in the region,including spatial layout,building structure and intangible culture.In the first two chapters through the clue and southeast natural and cultural situation,traditional village distribution,traditional village characteristics and value,stressed the importance and urgency of traditional villages under the background of rural revitalization,the protection and utilization of the village,and selected the guo yu ancient village as a research case.Chapter III follows the previous analysis strategy,investigates and analyzes the environment,spatial structure,public structure,intangible culture,current protection and utilization status of Guoyu ancient village and fortifications,listing the main concerns in the protection and utilization.Finally,combining with the rural revitalization strategy,the problems existing in the current protection and utilization of Guoyu ancient village and the protection and utilization cases of traditional villages at home and abroad,the protection and utilization principles were studied and analyzed,and the protection and utilization strategy was deduced.It provides reference and basis for the protection and utilization of traditional villages in the southeast of Shanxi region.
