Research On Safety Culture And Safety Accident In Construction Enterprises

In the construction industry,there are a lot of factors determining the high-risk characteristics of the construction industry,including the special types,the complexity of the process,the difficult environment.And because of the construction industry,high-risk characteristics and frequent security incidents,academia,business,politics,publishing and journalism all give a high degree of concern to the safety of the industry,and safety culture due to effective and lasting improvement of security conditions and cut a striking figure.Although the security system to gradually improve,and most of the construction enterprises in the security aspects invested a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources.However,China’s construction industry security incidents are still common,safe cultural construction effect is not obvious,safety culture and accident-related research is rare.This paper introduces the safety culture into the construction enterprise,evaluates its construction status and finds out the construction disadvantage.It also analyzes the relationship between the evaluation level and the safety accident,clearly shows its influencing trend and causes the attention of the construction unit.Show the disadvantages of the proposed improvements for reference.First of all,based on a profound understanding of safety culture,extended to the construction enterprises,put forward the safety culture concept of construction enterprises,and then have the analysis and understanding,and establish the original evaluation index system on the basis of previous research,the index system is selected through expert interviews,using the analytic hierarchy process to the evaluation index system of empowerment.In view of the grey characteristics of safety culture system in construction enterprise,to establish a hierarchical grey relational analysis and evaluation of construction enterprises as the core of the safety culture model,the A unit in solidarity stage,security environment and decision-making behavior was lacking;B units in employee participation stage.In the safety management.Security affairs participation,decision-making behavior and employee behavior layer layer needs to be improved.Secondly,based on the above theoretical analysis,constructs the construction enterprise safety culture and safety accident theory model,and through the SPSS20.0 data analysis software for data gathered from a questionnaire survey analysis,this study obtained questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and obtains the safety culture on safety accident case safety accidents,accidents and accidents and economic losses have a positive effect,and the use of Xi’an 9 ·10 lifting scaffolding removed the accident further proves the results of empirical analysis,which has certain practical value of this research.Finally,make clear the construction requirements,in view of the existing problems of enterprise construction enterprises,the greater security management,safety environment,decision-making behavior and employee behavior,put forward some feasible suggestions for reference.
