Study On Construction Management Of Group Pseudoclassic Architecture Based On Poly-river System

This thesis firstly collects material on the feature and the present situation of pseudo-classic architecture at home and abroad,and then makes careful analysis of the material to lay solid foundation for the study,which focuses on the research and analysis on and of a specific case of pseudo-classic architecture.The conclusions of this thesis are as follows:Considering the combination of several different structures of pseudo-classic architecture under one project or one single building,the contractor shall assume more professional and careful management of the subcontractors and scientifically organize the construction work done by the subcontractors.Considering the hydrologic and geographic factors and the specific construction surroundings,the contractor shall optimize the waterproof structure so as to satisfy the employer’s higher requirements for the quality,progress,safety and cost of construction.When it comes to the construction of large-scale pseudo-classic architecture with scattered single building and wide area basement,alternative bay construction method is recommended to solve the problem of many late poured bands in the basement.Considering the involvement of the employer,the adviser,the designer,the supervisor,the consultant,the contractor and the subcontractor in the pseudo-classic architecture,high efficient poly-lateral coordination shall be applied to reinforce the construction management.Through this thesis,induce the points of pseudo-classic group architecture with waterscape,propose improvement plan,Have certain reference value.
