Bridge crane is mainly used for yard,workshop and warehouse and other places to carry and install heavy objects,which is a class of indispensable lifting equipment in national economic construction.How to significantly reduce weight of the crane thus reduce construction costs of the yard,workshop and warehouse and manufacturing costs of the crane is a problem which the crane industry is facing currently.At present,experts and scholars mainly start from the metal structure,materials and technology to optimize the design to achieve lightweight of the crane,but after years of research and development,the above technical means are more difficult to achieve a breakthrough,and thus there is a urgent need for a new way to further achieve the lightweight of bridge crane.Based on the analysis of the fundamental causes why the traditional bridge crane is weight,this paper puts forward the application of the electric differential drive technology to the overhead crane to realize lightweight of the whole machine,and establish electric differential drive theory model of the electric differential bridge crane,simultaneously the power characteristic of electric differential drive and the lifting of the fast alignment technology are analyzed and studied,and the electrical drive characteristics of bridge crane are obtained,the set up a electrical differential test bench to provide a certain theoretical and experimental basis for the development and application of electric differential bridge crane.The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:1)Arrange the structure of the electric differential bridge crane,and the kinematics and mechanics model of the trolley-lifting system was established.Based on this model,the relationship between the speed of the trolley,the lifting weight and the drive reel and the power characteristic of the driving motor on both sides are obtained under different working conditions.2)Through the power characteristic analysis,it is proposed to use the common DC bus energy saving technology on the electric differential bridge crane,in order to make full use of the energy generated by the motor of the side in which the rope is releasing,and the energy effect is analyzed qualitatively.3)The multi-hoist swing system of the electric differential bridge crane is transformed into a single-point swing system,and the double pendulum model of the system is established considering the swing of the center of gravity,and the model is simplified and the two-order oscillation frequency of the system is obtained.According to the principle of input shaping technology,a dual-mode ZV-ZV input shaper is designed to control the swing of the rope and lifting.The simulation results show that the shaper has good swing control effect and is superior to traditional Single mode ZV shaper.4)Build the electric differential bridge crane test bench which can realize mechanical differential at the same time.The electric drive principle and is verified by the experimental data.And the difference of energy consumption between mechanical difference and electrical difference is analyzed by experiment.
