Because of its small size,TO-5 relay can be directly installed on the printed circuit board,very suitable to complete the driver module of the circuit in the circuit board level.So,it can greatly reduce the printed circuit board and the volume control,also achieve more control of the road and more complex circuit functions.But at the same time,it also led to the internal structure of the TO-5 compact layout,to increase the difficulty of assembly.In the whole assembly process of the relay,the assembly of the contact system is the focus and difficulty.At the same time,it is also restricting the development and expansion of TO-5 relay.According to the actual production situation of our factory,the two representative varieties of TO-5 series relay: 2JT1-910 and 2JB1-910 are studied.In order to improve the assembly quality of the contact system,the following contents are studied.First of all,according to the design drawings,the mathematical model is established to study the contact gap and static pressure.According to the established mathematical model,the solution expression is listed,the relationship between the assembly of parts size of the contact spring system and the core parameters of the contact system is analyzed.Adopted the method of orthogonal experiment,optimal parameter combination to meet design requirements is obtained.At the same time,it provided the important basic data for automatic assembly of contact system.Next,use 3D software CAXA IRONCAD 2009 to establish the contact system model.By means of virtual assembly,six different assembly processes are analyzed.Find out the influence of different assembly process on the core parameters,and compare the difficulty of the operation.Combined with the actual production of our factory,the most suitable for the assembly process of automatic assembly was found out and pointed out the direction of the automatic production line construction.Then,the deformation of the rod after spot welding is studied,and the origin of deformation is found: it is rigid clamping! Aiming at the defects of rigid clamping,a new method is proposed,that is flexible clamping.The fixture for realizing the spot welding technology is developed,which solves the deformation of the draw rod caused by the rigid clamping.The parameters of the contact system are improved,also,improved the inspection pass rate and production efficiency.Finally,the research results are applied in the automatic assembly line.Through the statistical analysis of the production data,the results show that the automatic production line can greatly improve the production efficiency and the qualified rate.The standard deviation of parameters consistency is analyzed,the results show that the application of freedom of movement welding technology,the key parameters of the consistency of contact system has been greatly impro ved,providing a solid foundation for the follow-up of the consistency of product quality.
