Central heating in northern China cities and towns is more than 70% penetration rate.Growing along with the heating area,high water temperature became a big pressure of heating pipe network.Jinan Thermal Power Corporation had occurred 137 ? once the water temperature in the heating season 2012/2013.This has undoubtedly reached a water temperature bottlenecks.As a solution of the heating area expanding and ultra-high water temperature,low temperature heating mode has been widely studied.Danish researchers have begun a series of major development and reduce the return temperature.They had some success theme:the main process of the mixed water;improve the efficiency of use of hot water and heat capacity of the transient thermal elements switching equipment.This research and application provide a reference to Jinan in large temperature difference heating mode.In this paper,collecting a certain district heat exchanger station energy consumption data and analyzed the energy consumption.On this basis,took a re-design of the load parameters.On the heat exchange station design the use patterns of the "hot" water and heat balance analysis,in order to achieve a certain district heat exchanger station low temperature heating to find feasible solutions.Simulation results show that through the implementation of the three kinds of retrofit scheme,a return water temperature can decrease and the heat load carrying ability can increase.Finally Cogeneration Co.,Ltd.Jinan in reducing experimental research or demonstration projects central heating pipe network primary water return temperature aspects are introduced.Respectively,including thermal heat transfer station cascade use of experimental studies,large temperature difference between the heat exchanger unit in Jeju demonstration projects steel heat transfer station area experimental study of plate heat exchanger and heat transfer performance.Need to see that in spite of Thermo Electron Corporation in the field of low-temperature heating certain achievements,compared to countries such as Denmark and the West is still a gap,still need further study and practice.Combining theory and practice,through the low-temperature heating systems research and applications,provide a reference for the actual project.
