Semi rigid base has the advantages of high strength,high rigidity,but compared with the flexible base,the dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage characteristics easily cause pavement transverse crack,easy to cause pavement early damage,reduce road use performance,and therefore in the country some of the high grade highway in the first to carry out the research on the cracking the performance of semi rigid base.Research shows that,through the coordinated control of optimization design and construction technology of gradation,construction can effectively reduce the dosage of cement and the moisture content of mixture,and can effectively improve the technical performance of the semi-rigid base material,which is a great role to solve for high grade highway semi-rigid asphalt pavement to reduce reflection cracksFirst,through the study on average highway in Liaoning Province,repairing project in Liaoning Province,and the highway road conditions were investigated,and the disease reason analysis,from the pavement structure according to the requirements of the technical scheme is proposed using the crack resistance of cement stabilized macadam base;combined with the actual situation of two test road engineering materials the origin,construction conditions,such as natural environment,were studied for the engineering use of crack resistance of cement stabilized macadam construction technology and technical performance;through indoor test system,the mutual influence between the important factors of mixture gradation,cement type,cement dosage,water content,mixing the relationship.Research shows that the crack type vibration mixing technology of semi rigid base in all aspects of technology are better than non mixing materials based on the vibration;The implementation of the project entity,to further adjust and improve the construction process parameters,and the later test road tracking observation results show that the application of anti crack of semi-rigid base pavement transverse crack spacing is generally more than doubled.Through the above research of Liaoning province to improve crack resistance of cement stabilized base design and construction standards,improve the transverse crack on average highway in Liaoning Province,reduce maintenance workload and capital investment,improve the overall service level of road have all played a positive role.
