In the semi-rigid base structure, many types of cement stabilized granular base for stable material, select the face more broad, also has good water stability and freeze resistance, but also has a certain strength, stiffness and integrity. Small elastic deformation during the usage of pavement, the use of high capacity, long life, so in Hebei province and even across the country have been adopted widely. However, the existing semi-rigid base asphalt pavement and some sections use for less than 5 years must overhaul, the main disease is pavement cracking, high temperature rutting and water damage and other early damage phenomenon that its service life is greatly shortened. The cracking of semi-rigid base pavement, not only reduces the road service level, but also undermined the integrity and continuity of pavement structure.The purpose of this research is to use to improve the crack resistance of cement stabilized macadam base asphalt pavement ultra fiber new technology, to effectively reduce or even eliminate the cracks of semi-rigid base damage, improvement of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement cracks due to emission caused by early damage of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement, extend the service life of the.Paper first introduces the technology of fiber is analyzed to meet, ultra fiber modification mechanism, then studies the ultra fiber cement stabilized crushed stone technology performance. Through the experiment of highway Zhangjiakou section in Zhang Shi, respectively test the ultra fiber cement stabilized macadam strength, stiffness and crack resistance performance parameters. The test results show that: the cement stabilized macadam mixed with appropriate amount of super fiber, greatly improving the strength of semi-rigid base, stiffness and crack resistance, is semi-rigid base to longer service life, better quality.
