The Research On Xingshan Town's Overall Planning In Long Jiang County From The Perspective Of Integration Of Urban-rural

These days,the Party Central Committee suggested "Five Plans" development strategy,the aim of which is to balance urban and rural development.These are essential for the fact that the society continues development in our country under the background of domestic and overseas,of which the balance urban and rural development is an important point for setting up harmonious socialist society.It is emphasized that a small town is a main key to realize the balance urban and rural development as a hinge attached to urban and rural,to change the inherent urban and rural economic system,promote the steps of urbanization fast and the harmonious development,realize the target of urban and rural integration.The paper solves the development orientation,development scale and town characteristics,etc.issues of Xingshan town with the scientific theory of balance urban and rural which conducts as theoretic foundation and guide thought of overall planning from the angle of planning,regional coordination,urban-rural integration,public participation and city design,etc.It lays stress on changing completely the idea of division of city and town to let lives and producing of them cooperate mutually and harmonize.The overall planning of Xingshan town has worked hard for realizing the overall balance of living condition in urban and rural space,etc.through perfecting space structure,distribution of resource,industrial regional optimization and infrastructure facilities.The paper,based on the study of national macro urbanization strategy,studied the theories and document on current situations of small towns planning and small towns development domestic and oversea.It stated the basic theories of guiding the paper and researched on it,analyzed the development status of Xingshan town in Longjiang county,orientated development of Xingshan town.With finding problems and analyzing them,it proposed corresponding planning idea and strategies.The author worked on a large quantity of investigation,deeply discussed many materials on the project,studied Xingshan's space distribution,regional advantages and disadvantages with developing situations of Xingshan in order to push up the small town scale,structure rationalization and the layout clustering.Adhering to the ecological view,according to the characteristics of natural environment of Xingshan town,constructing green ecological small towns.With the research on Xingshan town's overall planning in Long Jiang county,the paper changed the irrational in traditional small towns overall planning,redefined and rethinking the relationship between urban and rural,put forward the idea that urban-rural development should be based on regional economy development as a whole,inter-coordinated,integrated,which is applied to small town's planning,probing the function of small towns,integration of resources,optimization of industrial structure,promoting economic development,maintaining ecological equilibrium and improving human residential environment so as to promote small towns continual development.This paper wishes to supply benefits and references for the theory and practice of the overall planning of other small towns.
