As the internal and external connections of the conductor medium and par t of the basic components,enameled wire is widely used in electronic components,aerospace and automotive products.When the terminal of the enameled wire and metal terminals need to be connected,the traditional connection method is so difficult to meet the requirements in the welding quality,welding efficiency and welding costs,which makes the enameled wire connection become an industrial challenge.In view of the difficulty of enameled wire welding technology,the ultr asonic welding technology is proposed.A process experiment platform for ultrasonic welding of enameled wire is built,including force control platform and ultrasonic vibration system.The position control and force control system are designed and developed based on these key points.The control system of position control and force control are designed and developed,and the important points of the control are as follows: the force to switch control,the basic position to meet the welding wire precision and stability of the force requirements.In the position control system,the position control frame based on class ical PID and feedforward is designed,and the common velocity planning algorithm is compared and the triangular wave velocity planning signal is selected.In order to get better response and dynamic performance,fuzzy control is introduced,and the better dynamic performance is obtained by combining the advantages of PID and fuzzy control,which further improves the control precision and stability.In the force control system,the closed-loop force control and the open-loop force control method are compared,and the open-loop control method is determined by considering the realization mode,the force control effect and the cost.The relationship between the direct force switch and the speed switching with velocity damping is analyzed,and the control frame and the idea are put forward respectively.The principle of switching control is expounded from the theoretical point of view,and then the experimental design proves the advantages and disadvantages of the switching control method.Switching conditions are analyzed.With the speed of the ring with the force switch control,force fluctuations from the original ± 58 g down to ± 5g.Finally the whole process of the welding process experiments are conducted,which verifies the correctness of the algorithm and the system repeating stability.The process of the switch in the welding is smooth,with good position accuracy and stability of the force.
