The technical characteristics of the enameled wire cannot be determined to completely eradicate the defects of the enameled wire paint film.Traditional detection solutions are difficult to meet the testing requirements in a complex environment at the production site.In this paper,the relevant detection technology is applied to the detection of continuous defects in the enameled wire paint film,and experimented and verified.Analyzes the characteristics of the existing defect detection methods for paint films of enameled wire.In order to suppress the environmental interference on the site of the enameled wire production plant,especially the influence of vibration interference.A cross-correlation method was used to detect the defect of the paint film's continuity,and the contributions are as follows.(1)The scheme for detecting the continuity of varnish film was studied.Combined with the characteristics of the interference signal on the site of the enameled wire production plant,Research autocorrelation and cross-correlation testing methods,The cross-correlation test was selected as the continuity test method for the enameled wire paint film.(2)The continuous defect detection method of non-contact enameled wire paint film was studied.Touch sensors easy to cause misjudgment problems in the complex environment of production sites.A method for detecting the defect of the continuous film of the enameled wire using the infrared light reflection signal was proposed.(3)The method of judging the continuity defect of the enameled wire paint film was studied.Using a certain distance between two sensors,Cross-correlation calculation delay compares time of enameled wire passing through the sensor,Judgment whether the enameled wire paint film has continuity defects.(4)Established a lab test platform for detection of continuous defects in the enameled wire paint film,Analysis of paint film continuity signal for enameled wire samples.The results show,in the laboratory,using the relevant detection technology can identify continuity defect of the enameled wire.Provides a new solution to detect continuity defect of the enameled wire.
