Prefabricated lightw steel composite sandwich wall is a multi-functional wall,so that it is suitable for assembled building system.Its axial compressive capacity has emergency capecity.Its has excellent heat-shielding performance.So,it applies to cod areas.At present,the research on wall of various types of sandwich wall and light steel structure is quite sufficient,but there is little research on this kind of assembled sandwich wall.In order to popularize this kind of green residential system in the low density village residential areas,this paper has carried on the experimental research and the finite element simulation analysis to the axial compressive performance and the thermal performance of the prefabricated light steel composite sandwich wall which is the vertical bearing member in the structural system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,the axial compression test of three prefabricated lightw steel composite sandwich wall is completed.The axial compression capacity,loaddisplacement curve of the composite sandwich wall and the strain of the internal measuring points are obtained.What's more,the failure form and the stress characteristics of the sandwich wall are clarified.The results show that the axial compression capacity of the composite sandwich wall is enough for a three-story house.(2)In the third chapter,the axial compression tests of three specimens are simulated based on the finite element software ABAQUS.The load-displacement curves obtained by simulation agree well with the curves obtained by experiments.(3)In the forth chapter,the thermal performance tests of two specimens are completed.The inner and outer surface temperature,heat flux densityof inner surface,thermal resistance and heat transfer coefficient of each test specimen were obtained.The experimental results show that the thermal performance of this kind of sandwich wall is excellent,and its heat transfer coefficient meets the requirement of the current national standards of outer wall in cold areas.(4)Another work has been done in the 4th chapter,which is the simulation of thermal performance test based on finite element software ABAQUS.The inner and outer surface temperature,inner surface heat flux density,thermal resistance and heat transfer coefficient are in good agreement with the experimental values.In addition,the simulation value of the heat transfer coefficient agrees well with the theoretical calculation.
