At present,China is in the process of resolving the steel production capacity and vigorously developing the green building.Developing industrialized fabricated steel structures is one of the important ways to realize the modernization of the construction industry.At the same time,it can be realized that full assembly production of energysaving buildings by combining the steel structure with new wall technology.However,in China,products with superior performance,safe and reliable pendant connection nodes,and appropriate design methods and standards are all absent in the aspect of external wall panels of steel structure residential houses.Therefore,there is an urgent need to study the wallboard connection nodes and the new type of the external wallboard.And the load-carrying performance of the connection node and the bending performance of the external wallboard are known through tests and finite element analysis.The main research work in this paper is as follows:(1)The load-carrying performance tests of the joints of 5 light steel keel sandwich composite external wallboard were carried out,and the failure modes,ultimate bearing capacity,load-displacement curves and strain distribution rules of the joints were investigated in detail.(2)By using finite element software ABAQUS to establish a finite element model for the joints of light steel keel sandwich composite wallboard pendants,comparing the finite element analysis results with experimental results in order to verify the accuracy of the finite element model.And also established a finite element model according to the node optimization measures and analyzed the bearing performance of the optimized pendant connection node.Finally,the node application examples would be analyzed.(3)Using the finite element software ABAQUS to establish a calculation model for light steel keel sandwich composite wallboard.By the simulation of the horizontal loads on the wallboard,analyze the P-?curves of the wallboard and the stress distribution of the wallboard to study the bending performance of the board.(4)Using the finite element software ABAQUS to model and analyze the light steel keel sandwich composite wallboard,and then obtaining the P-? curve,the bending ultimate load and the elastic stiffness when the wallboard is subjected to the horizontal load.Hence,compare the results of the bending performance effected on light steel keel sandwich composite wall panel by light steel keel steel yield strength,square steel tube wall thickness,square steel tube side length,light steel keel spacing,fiber cement board thickness,panel sheet type and sandwich insulation material type.So it can be known that how to choose different wallboard specifications.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical and data references for the application of light steel keel sandwich composite wallboard.And there exists important theoretical and engineering significance for promoting the development of fabricated steel structure residential buildings in China.
