The rapid development of city urbanization increases the scope and intensity of the impact of urban heat island effect and leads the city problems to continue breeding,such as energy consumption,air pollution,which increase the surge in human disease variation and reduce the types in biodiversity and other issues,threating to the sustained and healthy development of the city,human and biology from different aspects,different degree,urban central area as the high density region is a typical.In view of this situation,many scholars from different countries have conducted extensive research and put forward many strategyies to relief the urban heat island effect,including the prominent effect of cooling and humidification of green space is relatively obviously.Therefore,this paper conforming to this trend,based on research and analysis of the heat island effect in the center of the city,fully excavates and uses the future potential and development space of green space in the center of the city,green space pattern optimization strategies are proposed to alleviate the heat island effect on the tight condition of land close,which can play a beneficial role to the city environmental quality and long time development,but also can provide some references of green space planning in the future from the forward-looking and scientific aspects.Based on the summary of experts and scholars from the domestic and foreign in the study of relieving heat island effect by green space,using the software of PG-STEAMER 4.2 and ArcGIS10.0,analysing of satellite remote sensing data of 2014 Harbin city center and the green situation by using methods of surface temperature and single window algorithm and GIS buffer,this paper obtains the surface temperature,the intensity of heat island and distribution of green space in the study area,and even analyzes the relationship between green status and distribution of heat island;in addition,standing on the assumption of the original ecological benefits of green space has maximum,it analyzes the distribution problems of cooling buffer and the existing problems of green space layout by using GIS software;Finally,based on the relevant theory of green land,green space system planning and the requirements of the relevant regulations,from the view of the maximum benefit of their own green cooling layout,combining with four aspects,the city characteristics,green layout,green features and relevant policies of green space planning in the process of the construction and implementation,this paper puts forward to the optimization strategies of green space pattern,so that the heat island effect in the study area are eased,improving the city thermal environment and ecological environment quality,for the future of the city in planning and construction of green space provides a valuable and meaningful and trustworthy advice.At the same time,the in-depth research and collaborative developmentof the future urban construction and the maximization of green land ecological benefits have important significance and value.
