Research On Building Spirit Of Place Of Heritage Park Of Lvshun Railway Station

Nowadays,the urban development is getting faster and faster.The process of urbanization is also accelerating.Transportation science and technology are developing constantly.In order to alleviate the resistance brought by the transportation system to urban development,many areas begin to transform the old train line.Which led to the development of the railway station route change,the railway transport is facing shrinking,until the outage.Lvshun Railway Station,as an important industrial site of the railway in the Middle East,has been listed as heritage conservation units in Dalian City,but the current Lushun Railway Station and the former than the prosperity has been gradually fade out of the stage of history and people's vision.Lvshun Railway Station has its unique geographical features,rich historical context,and in the course of its railway operations,but also left a lot of valuable memory,which with Nobel Schultz defined the spirit of the site does not seek Therefore,it is the focus of this article to build the place spirit of the site of Lvshun Railway Station and make it the industrial space in city.The paper is divided into three levels,in accordance with the logical relationship between asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.Based on the theory of location,the thesis draws the research basis of relevant literatures,and analyzes the experiences of the related cases at home and abroad.Then,through the analysis of the influence factors of the site of Lvshun Railway Station,including the natural environment factors,the artificial environment factors and the human environment factors,etc.At last,the strategy of creating the place spirit of the park is proposed,which is based on protection and reinforcement.Including the adaptation and strengthening of the natural environment of the place,the protection and highlight of the artificial environment of the place,and the inheritance strategy of the place spirit.Lvshun Railway Station Site Park,to create the spirit of the place,is in the excavation of the spirit of place of the Lvshun Railway Station.The aim of this paper is to protect the spirit of place of the Lvshun Railway Station,and at the same time,to strengthen it.And hope that this article will able to make more or less reference for the future,and will be a development direction of the site of the railway station or other industrial sites.
