Airport in China is mostly cement concrete pavement.Many airport construction years are relatively early,in environmental factors and aircraft load under the joint action,the airport pavement has produced a serious damage phenomenon.Airport pavement in the cold area,due to more harsh environmental factors,damage is more serious.The estimated life of the airport pavement is the basis for the maintenance and alteration of the airport.It is possible to avoid the occurrence of major hazards such as sudden rupture of th e road panel and ensure the safe take-off and landing of the aircraft.Based on the field survey data of the cold area airport,this paper constructs the finite element model of the airport pavement,and then calculates the remaining service life of the airport cement concrete pavement based on different principles.The data of the disease in different cold areas were calculated and the causes of pavement disease were analyzed.Based on the field test data of airport pavement,the finite element model of airport pavement was established and stress analysis was carried out.According to the inverse design method proposed by the specification,the residual service life of the airport pavement is calculated,and the sensitivity of the calculation method to the thickness of the pavement is proved,and the existing problems are designed.Prove that there is a problem with this method,the original calculation method has been improved.According to the shortcomings of the inverse design method,the cumulative service life of the airport pavement is calculated by the cumulative damage principle.According to the failure characteristics of the airport pavement,the residual strength of the pavement is determined by the actual test data of the airport pavement.The original calculation method to improve. |
