| With the rapid increase of China’s aviation business,the void distribution of cement concrete pavements in airports is widespread,and the pavement voiding rate in many airports has been relatively high,and the service life of some pavements is much lower than the design life.And the aircraft will generate dynamic load when it passes through uneven road surface.However,China’s road surface design code generally sets the aircraft load as static load,without considering the effect of dynamic load on the road surface,which is inconsistent with the actual conditions of the road surface.This is one of the reasons why the service life of the pavement is lower than the design life.In order to strengthen the maintenance and repair of the airport pavement pavement,this paper mainly studies the damage mechanism of the pavement bottom of the cement concrete pavement from the macro and meso levels.At the meso level,this article takes the voided cement concrete pavement base as the research object,based on the three-phase body theory and effective stress principle,the mechanical properties of its meso-structure and its meso-damage evolution mechanism.Analyze,and then use the ABAQUS finite element software after secondary development to establish the meso-level model of the pavement panel base,and simulate the entire process of the pavement base layer from the beginning of cracks to failure under tensile action,thereby revealing the cement concrete pavement meso The link between damage and macro damage.At the macro level,the dynamic load coefficient generated by the aircraft is firstly solved,and then the mechanical properties of the pavement under the action of the aircraft’s dynamic load are analyzed using ABAQUS software.3.The change law of the mechanical properties under the conditions of different road surface parameters and different aircraft load parameters.Finally,this paper proposes a method for estimating the remaining life of the emptying panel,and gives specific examples to calculate the remaining life of the emptying panel of the airport,and analyzes the factors affecting the remaining life of the emptying panel. |
