The recycled asphalt mixture is made of new mixture of high temperature,mixed with an old mixture of lower heating temperatures.When the temperature of the aging asphalt mixture is low or the proportion of the mixture is large,the discharging temperature of the recycled mixture is low,and the roller compacting temperature can not meet the requirement after paving,and the result of the compaction degree will be affected.In order to solve this problem,to reduce the proportion of old materials,or to improve the temperature of old or new materials,these two methods are inadequate.Adding warm mixing agent to asphalt or asphalt mixture is one of the better technical methods to solve the above problems.This paper first studies the mechanism of warm-mixed recycling technology.In this paper,the regeneration process of simulated aging asphalt + recycling agent + warm mixing agent was simulated by indoor simulation aging test.Based on the study of asphalt composition,chemical composition,microstructure and macro properties of aging asphalt during regeneration,the regeneration mechanism of asphalt aging and heating mixture was analyzed and summarized.On the basis of laboratory simulation test,the aging asphalt in the recycled material of actual pavement was studied.Aging laboratory simulation of aging and the actual pavement is different,to test and analyze the recycled material aging warm mix asphalt regeneration process,and indoor simulation study results were compared,summed up to improve the aging of warm mix asphalt recycling mechanism.The recycling of RAP is realized by the form of recycled mixture,so the pavement performance of recycled mixture is studied at last.Based on the above research and the thermal recovery of hot in-plant recycled mixture,the performance of the warm mixed recycled mixture was studied.The difference of pavement performance between hot mix recycled mixture and warm mix recycled mixture was compared.The performance of warm mix recycled mixture can meet the requirements of technical performance of asphalt mixture,mixing with temperature than the hot mix plant recycling mixture is lower,adding warm mix agent solution to improve the old material consumption or reduce the proportion of heating temperature,and warm mix recycled mixture has better performance at low temperature.The research results have guiding significance for the practical application of warm mixing.
