With the rapid progress of urbanization in China,the quantity and quality of urban residential demand is increasing.Compared with the cast-in-situ concrete structure,precast concrete shear wall structure has many advantages.There are many seams in the structure,and seam joint performance directly determines the performance of the structure and seismic effect.To solve the connection problem of the structure,enable it to be more popular and applicated,ensure the conceptual design requirements and improve the ductility,the concept of “strong horizontal seam and weak vertical joints” is put forward.The design of reinforced concrete slab with new type prefabricated-cast-in-place combination is for strong horizontal joint,and the energy dissipation device of the damper is used to realize the weak vertical seam.A 20-story fabricated concrete structure is adopted.Use SAP2000,the model of cast-in-situ concrete shear wall,shear wall with vertical joints and shear wall with different metal damper model are established.Five groups of seismic wave are selected,time-history analysis is carried out in the condition of 8-degree fortification under mulit and rare earthquakes and the max interlayer displacement of different layers is compared.Through the analysis of the response of five groups of seismic waves,when the joint width is 300 mm ~ 500 mm,prefabricated shear wall structures with dampers has good seismic performance under multi and rare earthquakes and damping efficiency of different floors is among 20% ~ 70%.When the initial stiffness and yield point are in appropriate higher value,structure has obvious shock absorption effect.Metal dampers in small earthquake are basically in the elastic state,stiffness is provided to the structure.In the rare earthquake it is in the yield state and has a good energy consumption.Metal dampers are provided in the vertical joints,it is possible to reduce the interlayer displacement and has the energy dissipation function.It is feasible to provide metal dampers in the vertical joints of the precast walls.
