There are types of linking silts in prefabricated RC shear wall structures. These linking methods and properties are closely related to structural seismic performance and integrity. The horizontal linking silts and the cast-in-situ RC structures should be same in capacity and stiffness to meet the demand of structural resistance to horizontal earthquake. While in vertical direction,it is suggested to set up ductile linking devices which could exhibit vertical deformation to avoid overcharging in horizontal direction. If the vertical deformation includes metal yielding or friction slips, part of the energy in structure could be dissipated. So a design concept that combines prefabricated RC shear wall structure with energy dissipation vertical silts is put forward.Since friction dampers should be anchored to walls in advance,it is necessary to study its bearing capacity.According to the stress and strain distribution of reinforced concrete materials,a simplified analytical calculation model is built to analyze the bearing capacity of the anchoring when the vertical slit friction dampers are destroyed in “?” shear wall,T shear wall and L shear wall. The influential factors of anchor bearing capacity of embedded dampers will be analyzed based on the calculation results. It is shown that the anchorage length and the strength grade of concrete are the two most significant factors that affect the ultimate bearing capacity of the anchor. When the anchorage length is increased from 120 mm to 170 mm,the ultimate bearing capacity increases nearly 52%.When the anchorage length is increased from C30 to C55,the ultimate bearing capacity increases nearly 55%.The shear capacity is also affected by other factors, while other factors show relatively small influence. The same conclusion is obtained in the simplified calculation failure model of T(or L)shear wall. The influence of the above factors on the minimum anchorage length of dampers is similar. In order to increase the ultimate bearing capacity of anchorage, the anchorage length or the strength grade of concrete should be increased.
