Recent years,housing industrialization is developing quickly in our country.While the module is a special kind of prefabricated buildings,with its features can greatly reduce the construction cycle,and the process of construction is green.Under the background of 13 th Five Year Plan,combining with the steel production surplus and the low price of steel,iron and steel enterprise construction develop the steel modular construction as a direction of transformation will be a good choice.The current domestic researches on multi-storey steel modular structure is very few.This paper will focus on multi-storey steel modular structure,and launched a series of studies.This paper will focus on multi-storey steel modular structure,and puts forward a frame type module structure system,and adopted a quick,safe and reliable installation between module units named plug-bolt connection and a kind of joint used between steel frame and modular structure.Based on the principle of force transmission path,this paper put forward their own simplified way,and studied the rationality of simplified way,in order to used in structure design.Different from the traditional steel frame structure,module structure has two beams in same storey.In this paper,calculation lengh coefficient of modular column will be study.Firstly,the equivalent stiffness of the double beam is deduced.Secondly in combination with the parametric analysis,calculation lengh coefficient of modular column were obtained under with and without lateral sway.For a multi-storey steel modular structure of actual building,according to node simplification and calculating length coefficient,overall structure finite element model is established,to get all the mechanics performance index and compared with the specification.According to the characteristics of the plug-bolt connection,rigid connection is presented.And the mechanical properties of the two models were analyzed,thus proving the rationality of the rigid connection.Finally,dynamic time history analysis of the multi-storey steel modular structure are studied in this paper,including the elastic time history analysis in frequent earthquake and the elastic-plastic time history analysis in rare earthquake.According to the principle of seismic wave selection,three seismic waves are chosed and applied to the two models,the various mechanical performance compare with the specification,and by contrast,the rationality of the rigid connection is also proved.The key point of this paper is put forward a kind of multi-storey steel modular structure,based on the simplification way of the joint and the study on the calculation lengh coefficient of the modular colomn,reasonable way of modeling is obtained,and a multi-storey steel modular building is analysised including static and dynamic,the results can be applied to the modular structure in the future.
