In recent years, with the increasing development of the economic construction and the rapid change of the climate, in the daily course of transmission line, The staff faced on the for HV wiring hidden dangers, such as safe distance line corridor anomalies,lines and towers, as well as on-site weather, geography, and other information etc, must finished the work of observing, measuring and recording accorded to the actual needs.To complete these related work, the patrol line workers must carry a series of related equipment such as camera, binoculars, laser rangefinders, theodolites, total stations and micro-meteorological monitoring equipment etc, But, because the vast majority of the transmission lines up to several tens of kilometers or even hundreds of kilometers, also most of them stay in mountains and hills, and these lead to the result that most of the transmission line inspection work rely on foot, but finish these hard work with so much more and heavy testing equipment and measurement equipment, give a very heavy burden to the HV transmission line patrol officers.The study in this paper is focus on the central management platform,multi-functional intelligent High voltage transmission line inspection devices and bearer networks, of which the bearer network including electricity private network and the mobile Internet. The multi-functional intelligent High voltage transmission line inspection devices is carried by the staff, instead of the traditional camera, Distance measuring equipment, weather instrument, GPS and binoculars and other equipment, to collect data and images on the line faults. Background data management platform will patrol collected unified storage, statistics, analysis and management. The main research work includes:(1) is based on Android open industrial measuring equipment technology research; Standardization(2) on-site information; research(3) mobile Internet access management platform security system;(4) the back-end data management platform technology the study. The system that developed in this paper can be further developed into a practical technology that can be promoted and exploited a more marketable products. The applications can be made for each transmission line maintenance and promotion departments, So that it can enhance the efficiency of the entire transmission line inspection after meeting the needs of practical applications, and further, effectively improve the operation and maintenance level of the transmission line, and in the last,further enhance the social and economic benefits of the enterprise.
