Transmission line GPS intelligent inspection power managerial system (MIS) plays an important role in contemporary electric power profession digitization. It is based on the absorption of domestic and international advanced technique, including digital, information engineering and computer science. With the goals to standard the inspection of transmission line, perfect the management of defect process, and optimize the administration mode of transmission line, it make grand effect for running security and reliability to the extra-high voltage transmission line systems. The key techniques of the implement method are systemically investigated in the thesis.The task is to build a system this has enough functions and clear structure. In the aspect of building a prototype for the system, this article use UML method to build prototype for the basic structure of MIS. According to the result analysis after running this system: using UML method to build prototype for MIS can improve the readability and extendibility of the system; in the aspect of designing data base, using data optimizing technology to build C/S modal for MIS data base, coming out a module design conception for intelligent inspection crucial analysis design, the results show that this design method for system module can deal with the management of transmission line, process data with reliable and integrated skill.In the aspect of processing data, this article use entropy weighting double-points method and backprogagation neural networks (BP) method to predict the safety level of inspection line, and discuss the accuracy and reliability of the prediction results. After comparing the results based on above two methods, it is shown that the safety level prediction result which using BP prediction method has better application value and higher accuracy, but entropy weighting double points method has a priority on the prediction of key line inspection, basically it could give out a accurate and objective evaluation about the quality of transmission line, could provide good and reliable prediction result for inspection decision generation. This method is a prediction which has certain accuracy and reliability.
