Project construction schedule management is one of the most important contents of project management.The target of schedule management is to complete the project within the prescribed time limit under a certain cost limit.Therefore,a reasonable project construction schedule and the effective monitoring of construction is the most important part of the project schedule management,in other words,the success of project schedule management is determined by the planning and monitoring directly.Currently,the common methods of drawing up the schedule include the bar chart,the critical path method and plan evaluation and review technique etc.The bar chart is simple and easy to use,but only suitable for small projects.CPM and PERT are based on network technology,can be used in large-scale projects,but these two methods only consider the logic between the processes in the planning schedule.They never consider the resource constraint problem within the system and the behavior of human factors.The schedule is not the most reasonable and feasible plan by this method.The Critical Chain technology based on the constraint theory provides a solution to these problems.First,Considering the characteristics of building intelligent project,a method is proposed to calculate the buffer size in the Critical Chain network graph when drawing up the schedule based on the Critical Chain technology in this article.The method takes into account the internal and external influencing factors of the process.Three factors were proposed in the new method,such as the process importance factor v,the process operational risk elasticity factor r,Complexity factor c.The function of the three factors is to offset the impact of project uncertainty on construction progress.The Monte Carlo simulation is used to verify the rationality and the reliability of the model.Next,the article combines Earned Value Method with Critical Chain in the schedule monitoring model.It also points out some weaknesses of traditional Earned Value Method.In view of these problems,the second-level Earned Value Method is adopted.It is necessary to analyze the earned value of the critical chain and the non-critical chain when project manager calculates the earned value of the project.The method can judge the reason of the schedule deviation more accurately,which is beneficial for the project manager to adopt Measures.Finally,an example of building intelligent project is used to analyze and verify the method and the model in the article can effectively control the progress of the project.
