With the development of the national economy, the power demand is becoming increasingly tense, the construction of power transmission projects tend to be large and complex. How to make full use of resources, and reasonable control period is an issue of concern.Multiple resource-constrained project scheduling problem, using the genetic algorithm is used to identify critical chain.Based on the constraint theory, we get more practical critical chain project management methods. It solves the problem of resource constraints that the CPM and PERT can not solve. The progress of the plan can be more practical and the reaction of the actual situation of the project, and through the buffer to consider the project implementation process of multiple factors.CCPM method to research the main direction of recognition is distinguish critical chain and buffer Settings. Resource constraint divide into single and more, the inpact of multi resource constraints on the identification of critical chain is discussed in this thesis. The research on project scheduling tends to pursue the shortest time limit.under this premise, fully consider workflow constraints and resource constraints, build project scheduling model. After determing the critical chain,also consider a variety of factors. In this paper, a model of buffer area with multi resource constraints is established.Finally by Zaha Nur Transmissionline construction project of the actual cases, time limit for a project to minimize the model, on the basis of using the genetic algorithm, the minimum time limit for a project. In this paper, genetic algorithm is used to solve the critical chain and further verification is carried out. The results show that the proposed method is effective. It can not only reduce the time limit for a project, but more importantly, the impact of the uncertainties on the project scheduling plan is considered. Overall, the value of it is worthy of our application in the future practice.
