The problem of limited resources has been widely concerned by the academic and engineering circles since it was put forward.In the course of Project Implementation,the construction was interrupted because of unexpected events,which caused project delay.In the project management,a stable project scheduling plan is very important,which can reduce the risk in the process of project implementation.Therefore,it is important to get a stable schedule in the project planning stage.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)an improved method for calculating the free time difference of a process is proposed,which takes into account the effect of risk events,the complexity of a process and the strain of resources,a project robust scheduling model based on free time difference is constructed,and the applicability of the model is verified by model analysis(2)based on the theory of flexible resources and the theory of learning effect,the calculation method of critical chain buffer time difference is improved by considering the safety time,the complexity of working procedure and the tensity of resources,and the remaining buffer is added into the project buffer,on this basis,a project robust scheduling model based on critical chain buffer time difference is established,and the applicability of the model is verified by model analysis(3)based on the free time difference and buffer time difference,the project robust scheduling model is constructed.The applicability of the model is verified by model analysis.
