Research On Some Key Technologies Of Knowledge Network For Product Innovation Design

With the rapid development of science and technology,the diversification of customer demand,forcing enterprises to constantly innovative design of products,exacerbated by competition among enterprises.However,due to the continuous accumulation of product design knowledge,designers face the vast amount of product design knowledge,it is difficult to quickly find the required design knowledge,which leads to the difficulty of product innovation design.Therefore,in the design of product innovation,how fast and comprehensive design needs to obtain design knowledge,make the knowledge sharing and collaborative design,in the face of the main loss,analysis and design of knowledge network robustness,reduce design time and improve the efficiency of searching knowledge,design knowledge,accelerate new product launch,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,product innovation design,the research of knowledge network in product innovation design is the key to achieving these goals.This paper has studied the key technologies of knowledge network of product innovative design,product design knowledge for the node,the mapping relationship between knowledge nodes and knowledge node composed of knowledge network,knowledge network of driven,collaborative sharing,robustness study,in order to achieve product innovation design.The main research contents are as follows:1)describes the various stages of product innovation design task,level characteristics research on the development of knowledge network definition and knowledge network,and gives the research subject for different forms of knowledge,and on this basis,puts forward the knowledge network framework for product innovative design,and analyzes the main contents of each layer in the framework the.2)ontology based knowledge driven research on product innovation design.Based on the concept of product design analysis,design concept into the meaning of user function,behavior and structure,according to the knowledge of many to many mapping,construction of knowledge network structure,put forward the innovative product design knowledge ontology driven modeling method based on the analysis of the knowledge network and node degree,clustering coefficient and efficiency the mining of network topology characteristics,evaluation of knowledge node important degree,constructs theknowledge driven design model,given knowledge driven process modeling.3)research on knowledge sharing method for product innovation design.Through the analysis of the modern product design model,using the method of knowledge flow that flow process of product design knowledge,knowledge sharing game analysis of collaborative product design,summarizes the classification of product design knowledge is expressed by language,build collaborative sharing model,in order to achieve product innovation in the design of collaborative knowledge sharing.4)robustness of knowledge networks based on weighted hyper networks.Through the analysis of the network structure of product design knowledge,three kinds of knowledge sub networks are constructed,and each knowledge network is connected with each other to form a knowledge super network.With a single node removal method of knowledge,knowledge in product design main body loss robustness analysis and random loss,construct the knowledge network model through the network robustness,efficiency and betweenness to determine the stability of knowledge network.
