The aircraft strustural parts are one of the most important parts in aircraft.They have different types and its function are very important for aircraft as well.How to improve the manufacturing efficiency(clamping efficiency,clamping precision)and the accuracy of the aircraft structural parts,and how to achieve the rapid assembly of aircraft structural parts has been an urgent problem to be solved.At the same time,it is also the focus of aviation manufacturing industry in recent years.The research of flexible fast fixture system for aircraft structural parts can quickly adapt to the constant change of aircraft strustural parts in types and dimension in present stage.So,this paper mainly does researches on the following aspects:1.The concept and realization method of flexible fixture unit has been put forward.Firstly,the working process and working principle of the flexible fixture unit are explained in detail.The four functions of the flexible fixture unit are given,and the realization mechanism and the sequence of the realization of the four functions are given.Then the three main motions of flexible fixture unit are given,based on the control of hydraulic system.Secondly,the design principle is given for the flexible fast fixture system and some other auxiliary parts of the size of the corresponding design,elaborates the mutual connection between each component flexible fast fixture system,and use Catia V5 to draw the fast flexible fixture system overall structure.2.The design scheme of flexible fixture for aircraft structural parts is put forward.First of all,according to the different clamping surfaces of aircraft structural parts,the clamping surfaces of aircraft structural parts are divided into two categories.On this basis,the aircraft structural parts are divided into three categories according to the clamping surface.In order to meet the needs of different types of aircraft structural parts,the study of rapid fixture.Secondly,this paper briefly introduces the present situation and future development trend of flexible fixture,and gives the working process of the flexible fixture system.Then,the theoretical basis and practical significance of flexible fixture system are given.Based on the VB6.0 software,the control panel of all the data of the flexible quick mounting fixture system is given.3.The application of flexible assembly fixture.Based on the Catia V5,for different types of aircraft structural parts,the flexible assembly system is givenrespectively.4.Application and development of flexible fixture system.Catia based on V5 platform,using VB6.0 software,developed fast flexible fixture system,effectively solve the problem of flexible fixture unit rotation angle is not controllable,the aircraft structure model and combining with the practical detail.
