Active vibration control technology is an important research topic in the field of aerospace.It has great economic value and realistic meaning on the research of reducing flight noise that caused by vibration,improving flight comfort,prolonging the fatigue life of aircraft.The thesis investigated the active vibration control theoretically and experimentally from two aspects of the inertial actuator and the PID controller.The main research work includes the following contents:Firstly,the thesis introduced the features and general situation of active vibration control technology,expounded the developmental status of inertial actuator and PID controller in the field of active vibration control,and put forward the main research direction of this thesis.Then,by setting up a single degree of freedom system,the thesis analyzed it's vibration performance under the base excitation.Based on this,the thesis discussed the vibration response of a single degree of freedom system when using PID feedback control under the condition of ideal control force and inertia actuator output control force.The stability and control effect of two kinds of control force under PID control are simulated by MATLAB,and the simulation results are compared and analyzed.The result show that the system can achieve the ideal control effect under the control of ideal control force;while choosing inertial actuator as control force,the stability of the system is damaged with control overflow and the control effect is limited for the existence of dynamic characteristics of inertial actuator.It reflected that when selecting the appropriate control gain,the control effect of PID is the best compared with P,PI and PD.As the basic unit of structure,beam structure has been widely used in the fields of Aeronautics and Astronautics,basic building facilities,engineering machinery and so on.Starting from reality,the thesis build a active vibration control system of cantilever beam based on the study of active vibration control of a single degree of freedom system.On the one hand,after the modal analysis of the cantilever beam and establishing the state space equation,the first five natural frequencies of cantilever beam was applied to the vibration characteristic analysis.On the other hand,considering the dynamic characteristics of inertial actuator,the stability and control effect of the cantilever beam under the control of P,I,D,PI,PD and PID are discussed and simulated by MATLAB.The simulation results show that the PID feedback control of the cantilever beam can effectively restrain the vibration of the cantilever beam.Finally,in order to verify the application of related theory in actual cantilever beam system,this thesis designed the experimental system for active vibration control of cantilever beam,and used the VISATON series inertial actuator and the PID feedback control strategy to study the active vibration control.
