ADS-B is one kind of new navigation technologies,Because of the characteristics of low cost,high precision and fast update rate,it can provide a safer and more effective monitoring means for aviation monitoring.With the development of civil aviation and the in-depth study of ADS-B,the quality requirements of ADS-B data become more important.However,ADS-B data is affected by the factors of terrain shading,signal interference,system error,resulting in the lack of ADS-B data.Based on the real ADS-B data,main works are as follows about the ADS-B data quality.First of all,the massive ADS-B data is decoded and restored according to the data format,the data quality analysis indicators are confirmed with the quality definition of the civil aviation and the various quality problems,mainly including data integrity and accuracy.Then,The fixed route J325 is selected as an example to analysis the data integrity,the trajectory date missing is detected by the time interval and distance interval,zhen,the missing data is filled and summary.The improved density clustering algorithm is used to analyse the distribution of missing data,combining with the terrain shading and ground station position to analyse the missing reason.Data accuracy analysis refers to the measurement of the consistency between the measured value and the true value,mainly on the position information in track data.The track are processed by using traditional kalman algorithm and the neural network model to analyze the flight rules of aircraft,the real track and the basement track is compared to analyze the accuracy of ADS-B data.
