With the rapid development of civil aviation industry in China, the safty evaluation of aircraft has drawn a lot of attention due to its vital role as transportation catastrophe. There is a high accidents frequency in aircraft’s taking off and landing, and according to the satistic data, the air accidents caused by rainful accounts for 67% of the total number of air accidents. In view of these problems, tire mechanical behavior and landing safety problems of the aircraft on wet pavement were discussed in this paper. And some conclusions were drawn as follows:First, based on Navier-Stokes viscous fluid dynamics differential equations the theoretical model of tire-wet pavement interaction was established. Then the lift force of waterfilm on the tire was discussed on the basis of theoretical model, and the upper limit and lower limit solutions of hydroplaning speed were found.Further, the tire –wet pavement three dimensional FEM model was established to study the hydroplaning speed, and verified by NASA’s test results. The rules of dynamic water pressure’s distribution on the pavement and mechanism hydroplaning were researched by the CEL algorithm in the FEM model, and the hydroplaning speed was confirmed non-uniqueness again.Second, according to water status on the pavement, the 3D FEM model of rolling tire impact static water film was established too.By this model the rules of the interaction between pavement and tire was discussed. And the hydroplaning speeds under different conditions considering water status on the pavement were obtained.Based on above results,a correction equation of hydroplaning speed was proposed.Third, the support force here on the tire from wet pavement was analysized by above model. And the results show that water film, the tire pressure and taxing velocity of the aircraft are main factors to the pavement support force. And the variation curves of support force of pavement and lift force of water film were gained by considering the lift force.Fourth,Based on the support force research, the FEM model of aircraft rigid moving was established, and airplane safety problems were also been discussed by the model. The water area location on the runway would influence the taxing path of the plane. The water film location of 130 m and 400 m distance from aircraft landing site will lead to a big yaw angle during aircraft landingLast,On the basis of above results, the limination of the aircrafts approachs speeds during landing in different rainfull conditions, and some advices about water film controlling on the pavement have been presented also.
