"Public transport priority development" is the important part of the national new urbanization development strategy while the public transportation system plan is the important special planning job in the urban and rural planning.The development of public transport system in Chongqing faces many constraint conditions,such as the mountain topography,scattered city group shape,weak ecological environment and so on.Optimizing the bus network structure,improving the reliability of road bus system are important issues to promote "people-oriented" urbanization progress.In the intersectant research area of urban and rural planning and complex system,the Chongqing public transport system is selected as the research object,while the public transportation system of the plain city Chengdu is introduced as a reference.The complex network analysis method is used to simplify and abstract the traffic system of Chongqing and Chengdu.The complex network model of the public transportation system,the spatial structure of the complex network under the condition of spatial restraint and the dynamic reliability performance of the bus network are analyzed by means of GIS spatial analysis method and data visualization.The mechanism is analyzed and the optimization strategy is put forward.The public bus transportation system is a networked physical system composed of bus stations and bus lines.It is the material carrier of passenger transport and the basic condition and decision element of system reliability.The complex network analysis method is used to abstract the bus station into nodes and the direct relationship between bus stations into line to build bus system network models.Then,from the aspects of completeness,stability and balance,this paper studies the static reliability of public transport networks.The results show that,compared with the plain city of Chengdu,the overall integrity,local stability,individual balance of bus complex network in Chongqing is relatively low.Secondly,this paper analyzes the actual situations of congestion and road maintenance in the actual operation of urban public transport network,simulating the dynamic reliability law of public transportation system complex network model.The research shows that there are more fragile components in the Chongqing bus network than that of Chengdu,and the station that plays the role of intermediary hub has a great influence on the integrity and efficiency of the network,which is the key influence factor of network dynamic reliability.Based on the static and dynamic reliability analysis of bus network model in Chongqing,the characteristics of agglomeration,fragmentation and non-equilibrium of Chongqing public transportation network are extracted,and the formation mechanism of "terrain barrier" of Chongqing public transportation system is summarized.Based on what is said above,this paper puts forward the strategy of Chongqing public transportation system network planning from the aspects of public transportation system planning mode and facility configuration mode.Planning mode is optimized from the current "direct type" into the "transfer type." In the facilities configuration,the bus station is divided into four levels according to the quantitative analysis data of the role of the intermediary hub: the "city center station","regional hub station","general terminal station" and "general intermediate station".The bus line is divided into three levels according to the hierarchical relationship of the contact site: "bus trunk line","bus trunk line" and "bus feeder line",and the spatial planning optimization strategy is put forward accordingly.This study attempts to apply the complex network analysis method to the special planning and design of the urban public transport system,depict the reliability problems and causes,hoping to provide a new scientific basis and research tool for the urban and rural public transport system special planning.Special planning and complex network analysis method are combined to explore the informatization and scientific development direction of urban and rural planning.
