With the extensive used of modern equipment,power source products are constantly updated.Thus some of the special purpose power supply has came into being,that medium frequency power supply is widely used in the fields of ship,communications,radar,aviation and so on.Accordingly,more and more scholars pay much more attention to that.However,traditional analog control technology has not been able to satisfy the modern industrial demands,that the digital control technology has been highly respected which was due to that it can complete a large number of control operations to achieve intelligent control.In this paper,the main system block diagram was designed according to the foundation of inverted power supply.And in this block diagram,Single phase uncontrolled rectifier circuit was chosen as pre-stage.In the middle part,the full-bridge converter was used for DC-DC circuit,and full-bridge inverter circuit was designed for DC-AC converter in the last stage.According to the technical indicators of the subject,the main circuit,filter circuit,drive circuit,and control circuit were designed in this project.The improved PI control of the double loop was used in the control scheme.The model of the inverter has been designed and analyzed in ABC three-phase stationary and dq two-phase synchronous rotating coordinate system.According to the symmetrical component method,the positive and negative sequence separation of the output voltage is used by the delayed signal cancellation operator.The positive and negative sequence components of the output voltage are controlled and regulated by the double loop PI control.The SVPWM algorithm is selected to control the power switch.The simulation is carried out by using the Simulink simulation environment.Finally,the DSP chip TMS320F28335 from Texas Instruments Company was chosen as the core chip for the inverter controlled system design.This system includes select the drive circuit.Use QP12W05S-37 chip in inverter.Adopts UC3875 chip design of full bridge converter control circuit and the design of the auxiliary power supply circuit,sampling circuit,and the software is written in the CCS6.0.0 integrated development environment.At the end of this paper,based on the circuit design of the hardware and software platform.The design of the 5kVA three-phase 400Hz inverter power supply is verified by experiments.The experimental results and analysis were given to verify the accurateness of the design.
