As the energy utilization rate analysis , the efficiency of energy usage in our country is very low , which is 20 percentage point lower than the advanced country. Since gradually short supply in energy resources, energy-saving is to be the important problem in country's strategy today. In power consumption of our equipments, loads which is about 50% is Asynchronous Motor. About 30% of the power supply is used for wind machine, water pump and AC traction drive. As the practice indicates, application of variable frequency technology save 30% of the energy usage. The developed country adopt the technology comprehensively. It is also important new technique in our country's energy utilization project. Therefore detailed study is made in this paper about the SVPWM variable -frequency controller based on DSP.The mathematic model of the variable frequency control for induction motor have been constructed in the ABC reference frame. The use of CLARK and PARK transformation simplied the mathematic model toα,βreference frame and d,q reference frame. Then the motor torque characteristics under the V/F control have been analyzed. This paper discussed the control scheme of the varialbe frequency control system. The application of SVPWM technology improves the usage rate and decrease the torque ripple and noise. The work principle of the BOOST circuit have been analyzed. This paper established a small signal mathematic model for the PI regulation. The digital realization method and PI parameters design have been discussed. This paper discussed the circuit design of the variable frequency control system. A simulation model of variable frequency control system have been constructed with MATLAB/SIMULINK. The result of experiment and simulation testified the validity of the control scheme.
