With the development of power electronic technology, the requirement of the system is more and more high. In the military, especially in ships, aircraft, ground mobile device applications, with fighting performance requirements increase and with the increase of the electric equipment, are increasingly high requirements of the intermediate frequency power supply, high power density, low electromagnetic interference, good electrical performance, small volume, lightweight has become the trend of the development of modern medium frequency power supply. According to these requirements, this paper designs and studies the DSP TM320F2812- TI as the control core.In this paper, the development situation of 400 Hz medium frequency power supply, on the basis of the intermediate frequency power supply main circuit built spatial discrete mathematical model, and introduces the system control technology, through the analysis and comparison of a variety of control technology, repetitive control is easy to implement, low cost, good effect, so the system with repetitive control as the control scheme of the system. And from two aspects of hardware and software design the system, so that the 115V/400 Hz can be output sine wave.The main work of this paper is the hardware design and software design of the intermediate frequency inverter. In the aspect of hardware design, the research and development by TI company production of high performance and low power consumption of 32-bit fixed-point DSP(digital signal processor) chip TMS320F2812 as the main controller, the whole hardware system mainly consists of main circuit, DSP controller, detection circuit, driving circuit and the various components in the circuit were parameter calculation and selection, finally completed the design and debugging of the hardware circuit. In software design, the use of based on CCS3.3 software platform in C language programming, the completion of the DSP software programming, including on the voltage and current signals of data acquisition, processing and the SPWM wave generation process.Finally the various functional modules of the 400 Hz power supply device to the online debug and load experiment, through the analysis of experimental results, the device can be reach the target system requirements, to further validate the rationality of the whole device. |
