The shortage of water resources is a serious resource problem faced by mankind.To solve the shortage of water resources,we should promote water conservation and raise people's awareness of the importance of water resources.While developing water conservation work,developing seawater resources is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of water shortage.The development of seawater resources can be solved by desalination of seawater.Reverse osmosis membrane method is a very effective method of desalination,and it is one of the most widely used method currently.In the process of desalination using reverse osmosis membranes,the flow of filtered fresh water accounts for about 40% of the total flow.The remaining is about 60% of the flow due to the increase in concentration and not suitable for continuous use of reverse osmosis membrane filtration.However,this 60% of the concentrated sea water contains a high pressure energy,if you can recover this part of the energy,it is of great significance for enterprises to reduce production costs,and to save energy to protect the environment are.In order to realize the recovery of residual pressure energy,this paper presents a new swash plate type axial piston pump.The ordinary swashplate type axial piston pump plunger into the piston,improve the structure of the distribution plate,add a pair of distribution window.The high pressure of concentrated water will be put into the new pump piston rod cavity through the distribution plate,to achieve its pressure to reproduce the purpose of the work in order to achieve the motor drive pump on the basis of the use of concentrated water pressure and motor together.Driving the pump design ideas,so that it contains a certain pressure of the waste of concentrated water can be recovered.The information on the design of the swash plate type axial piston pump is reviewed,and the development of the hydraulic components with seawater as the working medium and the research on the energy recovery in seawater desalination are reviewed.With reference to the design information of the swash plate type axial piston pump,combined with the new structural design scheme,the design and calculation work of various components such as piston,distribution plate and swash plate in the swash plate type axial piston pump are completed.The two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawing of the swash plate type axial piston pump is completed according to the completed design.The model of the swash plate type axial piston pump was established by using AMESim simulation software,and the relevant parameters such as the flow pressure in the pump were analyzed.Fluent flow simulation software was used to analyze the flow field inside the pump,and the flow field analysis was carried out on the piping and the energy recovery pipeline.The design of the axial piston pump was completed,and the structural design of the axial piston pump and the calculation of the size parameters of the main parts were completed.The recovery of the residual pressure of seawater desalination in reverse osmosis membrane was simulated and analyzed.The pressure and flow characteristics were analyzed by simulation software.
