Bucket wheel reclaimer is a kind of belt conveyor for continuous working operations of loading and unloading equipment.In china,most of the reclaimer has independent operation of the driver’s room,using the driver on-site operation,manual driving way to reclaim operations.Consider the lower and higher level of personal proficiency and skill,in instability in production efficiency and high failure rate problem became.In China,intelligent reclaimer upgrade work has been in progress,large-scale reclaimer machine equipment development at the intelligent and automated direction.With the continuous progress of the times,the continuous development of the economy,enterprises are constantly upgrading the level of intelligent automation equipment to reduce economic costs and improve production efficiency purposes.The system consists of three-dimensional modeling of laser scanning and rader ranging system,intelligent stacker control and spatial anti-collision systems,PLC control systems,and monitoring system and so on.The objective of the automatic reclaiming project is to reform the R6-2 reclaimer of SDIC Caofeidian Port Co.,Ltd.To realize the automatic operation of one reclaimer,save the cost of human and improve the working environment of the driver.Through the laser scanning technology,real-time dynamic scanning of the material pile site,and then through the software simulation processing to form three-dimensional image and the pile of information data.The central control system will be reclaiming job plan into control commands,control reclaimer automatic addressing,open location to the set place.Automatic reclaiming operations according to the parameters have been set,including the heap size,heap width,pile height.In the case of coherent operation,the automatic reclaiming point is automatically searched according to the designated heap and its corresponding cut-in algorithm,and the automatic reclaiming can realize the goal of unifying the data collection of the central control and reclaimer unmanned control yard.After the job instruction from the central control room,the host controller compares the three-dimensional model generated by the real-time scan to calculate the job-related parameters and automatically convey a series of job-related instructions according to the optimization model.The lower control system promptly communicates the information of each sensor on the spot,implements the automatic control and feedback,and the whole set of equipment is coordinated to realize the automatic operation of reclaiming materials.
